Bao-Dur

Bao-Dur is a Zabrak from Iridonia who served under the command of the Jedi Exile in the Mandalorian Wars, which is why he often refers to the Exile as General. He, along with many more Iridonians, signed up to fight with the republic in the war because the Sith had attacked many Outer Rim Iridonian colonies. Bao-Dur is an excelent technician, and is responsible for creating the mass shadow generator that ended the battle on Malachor V by wiping out the entire Mandalorian fleet. However, this inadvertently killed many Republic soldiers, which lead him to great amount of guilt later in his life, where he regretted his actions in the war. The Exile gave the command, which sent massive echos in the Force throughout the galaxy.

Near the end of the war, Bao-Dur lost his arm, but with his brilliant mechanical skills, he managed to build a replacement appendage, which is very strong, making him a much stronger opponent. It also has the ability to short-circuit force fields and shields, causing them to fail.

Later in his life, Bao-Dur played a great part in restoring the ecosystem of the planet of Telos, which had been pillaged by the Sith. He created a massive force field to protect the environment, since most of the atmosphere was poisonous, and would be hazardous to the Ithorian's planetary restoration project.

He built a Training Remote during the wars, which faithfully follows him and helps to defend Bao-Dur. After following the Jedi Exile back to the remains of Malachor V, Bao-Dur was killed when the Ebon Hawk crashed, but he had one last request of this brave droid: to reactivate the mass shadow generator which still lied within the derelicts of crashed Republic ships.
