Contributing
From LibertyWiki
It's easy to contribute to LibertyWiki, although you may find it disorientating at first. Wikis are a new breed of websites which doesn't limit the content to the website manager, but lets the whole community enter and submit their own content. If there isn't an article on a particular interest of yours, you can add it; and if an article already exists, you can submit more to it, like corrections and more detail.
[edit] Users
You do not require to register on the website, but we prefer it if you do, as it means you can contribute much easier, and you will be credited for the work you submit. All users are now required to create an account and log in before you will be able to edit or create any pages. This was changed in response to the increased vandalism on LibertyWiki. You can create a username by visiting the following link: Create an account or login. Once you enter your detials and click Create new account, you can login and begin contributing.
[edit] Making Changes
At the top of every page, you will notice various tabs. Normally, you can select from Article, Discussion and Edit. If you want to make changes to the page, simply press the Edit tab, and you will be presented with a simple form where you can modify and enter your information. There are special tags you can use if you wish to format your article, and these can be found on this page. Once you have finished, you can select to show a preview, where you can review your changes, and then when you are satisfied, press Save page to confirm the changes. If you have only made small changes (such as spelling corrections, etc) you can also select that the article is a minor edit.

In order to create new pages, just browse to the page you want, like so:

or you can create a page by linking to it from an existing article by using the following markup:
- [[Your New Page]]
If the page doesn't already exist, you will be given the option to begin editing it.

Once you begin experimenting with the Wiki, you will find more and more powerful features to help you with the process. Please feel free to contribute to our wiki and add content on whatever! We only have a few requirements, and that is that the content you add must not be inappropriate. If we receive such submissions, we will remove them as soon as possible, and you may be banned - so please don't do it!
