Eva was the false NSA defected codebraker sent into the Tselinoyarsk incident to meet up with Naked Snake. She aided Snake throughout the incident,being in disguise as tatayana, and being able to spy on volgin and his group. Snake is told by a recording that she was a spy for the China branch Philosophers, and she was sent in to only retrieve the Legacy for the China Philosophers. She dissappeared sometime in the late 60's
