Final Fantasy Tactics Advance cover
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is, essentially, the sequel to the
PlayStation game,
Final Fantasy Tactics, which introduced strategy elements to the traditional RPG
Final Fantasy game. The game was released on the Nintendo
GameBoy Advance in
2003. The story begins in a winter-village town of St. Ivalice, where Marche and his friends find a book on their favourite game, Final Fantasy. Mysteriously, they get transported to the world of Ivalice, set in the world of Final Fantasy. Finding himself alone in this strange world, Marche must join a fighting clan in order to survive the harsh terrain and environment.
