Lisosi 12

Lisosi 12 was a planet with a fairly primitive civilization who lived in peace, and respected their planet and environment. Although they had several technologies researched, it wasn't until the advent of space exploration set their peaceful ways into trouble. With their first combustion engine ships, the people of Lisosi 12 (who knew their planet only as Terran) explored to seek out the answer to the question that had been plaguing the scientist's minds for a century: Was their intelligent life outside of their planet? Unfortunately for them, this was so, and the first fleet was viciously destroyed. Space exploration had brought them many troubles, but also had several advantages too. It wasn't long before their economy flourished thanks to trading with other-worlders.

The people of Lisosi 12 elected a man known as Alsotop to control space efforts, and was generally placed in charge of co-ordinating relationships with other planets. Throughout his term of service, Alsotop had helped the Lisosians map out the near galaxy and far beyond. Several years later, Alsotop was elected to Emperor (although the title succeeds itself, as the "Emperor" of Lisosi 12 was still under control of the Lisosian Government). Seeking to form more relationships, Emperor Alsotop succesfully reached Emperor Foxcek, and a trade route had begun between their planets of Lisosis 12 and Kalatasy IV. These two newly sprouting planets soon relied on each other, and many allegiances and pacts were agreed upon that would eventually make themselves far stronger.

Unfortunately, several years after the alliance of Lisosi 12 and Kalatasy IV, the Evol Wars began, in which many of the people of Kalatasy IV died. The two planets knew their only way of succeeding was to form together, and as a whole, their new fleet combinations put an end to the war.

After the war, the Psirens alliance was formed to spread peace between the planets, and to help protect each other. As the two founding members, Alsotop and Foxcek, soon were joined by many other growing civilizations who shared their ideals, and the alliance soon grew strong.

Lisosi 12 is a planet with a fairly stable environment, with temperatures ranging between 0 and 40 degrees centigrade. Approximately 55% of the planet is covered with surface water, and the land is split into three continents, between 5 oceans. The planet is classified as a blue-green planet. Its government was originally held under a Empire, although it soon developed into a democracy built upon their original ideals. Many of the titles remain, such as the Emperor, although their power is far less to what it previously was. The planet has good civil rights, a fairly strong (but at times, fluctuating) economy and many many political freedoms.
