Revolver Ocelot is a recurring character in the Metal Gear video game series. He first appears in the 1998 release of Metal Gear Solid. In game chronology, Ocelot first appears in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, as a young Russian soldier and leader of the Ocelot unit. Ocelot is a major villain in the Metal Gear series and during the events of Metal Gear Solid 3, Ocelot confronts and is defeated by Naked Snake (aka Big Boss). Also known as Adamska, Ocelot is the son of two other MGS3 characters, The Boss and The Sorrow. It is revealed in the final act of the game that Ocelot is a triple agent, working for the Patriots.

Ocelot returns in Metal Gear Solid, and the remake Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes. Ocelot battles Solid Snake and has his arm cut off by the sword of Gray Fox, who has assumed the guise of a Cyberninja. In Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Ocelot has had the arm of his former commander, Liquid Snake, attached. The personality of Liquid Snake appears to take over Ocelot during his appearance in MGS2. An amalgam of the two, ostensibly called Liquid Ocelot, will also appear in the upcoming Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

Revolver Ocelot is known for his use of western style revolvers and is considered a master marksman.
