Solidus Snake

The secret third child of the "Les Enfante Terribles" project, born alongside Solid Snake and Liquid Snake in 1972. Self described as neither 'solid' nor 'liquid', he is what appears to the control group of sorts as he is simply a clone of Big Boss. Served as 43nd president of the United States under the alias "George Sears", and resigned after the Shadow Moses incident, speculated to have been pursued by the Patriots for his disloyalty.

He was responsible for the takeover of the Big Shell facility using his Dead Cell team under the name Sons of Liberty. Solidus wears an advanced combat power suit that uses some sort of robotics linked to his mind to act as an extra set of arms as well as rocket launchers. His main weapons of choice are two high-frequency blades: a Minshuto (Democracy Blade) and a Kyowato (Republican Blade), as well as his modified FN-P90 submachine gun (Fabrique Nationale Project ninety). He was eventually killed by Raiden at the end of the Big Shell/Metal Gear Arsenal incident, falling off the roof of Federal Hall.
